FOOD EXPERIENCES
From shadowing my mom in the kitchen as a young child to dining out in hole-in-the walls and fancy restaurants alike, I've always been passionate about all things food: the history / cultural significance, a chef's story, the unique flavors, and the presentation equally excite me and indulging in such experiences in my travels continue to teach me new things. Having grown up in San Francisco / Bay Area, I've been exposed to food technology over the years and so it's been an exciting adventure to experience dining from both a traditional customer and a technologist's lens.

Being part of a food community (Foodie tribe) that shares a common passion for food and restaurants is thrilling and I have been humbled to exchange experiences with people of different backgrounds, palettes, religions, and life outlooks.

I am always looking to add more members to a monthly dining club where people within this group can research and share a chef's story prior to the dining experience and then reflect on the overall experience after.
